el servicio de telefonía, internet  o televisión de izzi por teléfono es muy sencillo, sigue estos pasos:

  1. Realiza la llamada desde tu teléfono personal al contacto de izzi 800 120 5000, espera ser atendido por un operador.
  2. A continuación, coloca los 16 dígitos de tu tarjeta, la fecha de vencimiento y el código de seguridad.

Los beneficios en megas para tu teléfono, a través del paquete dobleplay con Internet de 100 megas y telefonía ilimitada en izzi.

Usted solo cancelaría el total de E $600 mensuales.

Para el servicio de Internet casero, la empresa le hará entrega  de un Módem incluido y un aparato telefónico.

En caso de presentarse alguna eventualidad, la empresa le atenderá  enviando la Asistencia técnica hasta tu hogar. También contara con la Asistencia telefónica las 24 horas del día en el llamando a los teléfono 800 222 1234.

Con respecto a planes de TV y teléfono, usted puede beneficiarse de los  combo de tres servicios de izzi que incluyen el siguiente: 100 megas, izzi TV y teléfono por  $840 mensuales.
