¿Qué es el Simulador de declaración Anual?Cómo saber si tengo saldo a favor en el SAT

El Simulador de declaración anual es una herramienta dispuesta por el SAT para todos los contribuyentes quienes deben realizar la declaración en línea de sus ingresos anuales. Esta le permite conocer en tiempo real el estatus de sus ingresos durante un periodo fiscal, así como gastos, egresos, cargas familiares entre otros.

Pero el punto principal que queremos conocer sobre esta importante herramienta, es que nos permite saber si presentamos un saldo a favor derivado por el pago anterior de impuestos reflejados en el SAT. Esto por ser un sistema en línea donde el contribuyente dispone de su información previamente suministrada a la institución, así como pagos y obligaciones contraídas.

Para ello el contribuyente debe estar registrado como usuario en el portal web del SAT y disponer de la clave de ingreso al sistema. Este ser el medio que le permitirá al usuario el correcto el uso de esta herramienta administrativa  como lo es Simulador de declaración anual.

Una vez se haya solicitado la información, se haya comprobado que hubo un pago de más en el impuesto por parte del contribuyente, se debe proceder a la devolución. Pero es de recalcar que esta devolución debe ser solicitada por el contribuyente mediante los canales que existen para ello y siguiendo el procedimiento adecuado.

Entre tanto el contribuyente debe gestionar su solicitud por los canales existentes o más comunes como son los siguientes:

  • De manera presencial ante la oficina del SAT.
  • Vía Online a través del portal web de la institución previa solicitud o que esta se haga de manera automática.

Estas formas o alternativas te la vamos e detallar a continuación para que sepas como se procede en cada caso:

Presencial o Personal

En este caso el contribuyente como solicitante debe acudir a una oficina del SAT con toda la documentación que se requiere para demostrar el hecho. Puede llevar la documentación en físico o en digital que el personal que le atenderá tiene la disposición de solventar cualquier eventualidad que se presente.

Es importante mencionarte que antes de acudir solicite una cita online a través del portal web del Sistema de Administración Tributaria de México a través del siguiente LINK.

Vía Online

Ante esta eventualidad, la devolución puede suscitarse de manera automática o previa solicitud.

De manera automática

Esta opción cuenta con la particularidad de devolver hasta un máximo de 150.000 pesos mexicanos a los contribuyentes que hayan enviado su formato de declaración mediante el portal web del SAT en la opción de solicitud de devolución. En la misma debe plasmarse y comprobarse que hubo un pago realizado de más y por consiguiente el SAT procederá a la respectiva devolución sin mayores procesos.

Esta será devuelta en la mejor medida y previa consignación de los requisitos como; la cuenta Clabe, la e.firma y el recibo de pago efectuado.

Solicitud previa Online

Es importante gestionar la solicitud vía online de la siguiente manera:

  1. Ingresa al portal web de la institución en el denominado Buzón tributario a través del siguiente LINK.buzon tributario
  2. Enviemos nuestra declaración de impuestos de forma electrónica.
  3. Coloca tus datos de ingreso como son el RFC y clave SAT.sat
  4. Ubica y selecciona el formato electrónico de devoluciones dispuesto en el menú de opciones.
  5. Coloca los datos que te sean solicitados en el formulario tales como; Clabe bancaria, datos personales, RFC, entre otros.
  6. Verifica los datos aportados y presiona el botón de “Devolución” para así iniciar dicho proceso.
  7. Recibirás una confirmación en la pantalla de que tu solicitud de devolución del saldo a favor está en proceso y debe esperar el tiempo reglamentario.

En términos generales podemos decir que ambos procesos son efectivos, lo que se pretende una optimización del sistema para atender los requerimientos del contribuyente.

Requisitos para tener una devolución de impuestos

Estos son los requisitos que se deben cumplir para tener una devolución de impuestos mediante el SAT de México:

  • En el caso de efectuarse de manera presencial, debe solicitarse una cita electrónica.
  • Contar con la e.firma.
  • Poseer RFC.
  • Contar con la Clabe bancaria estandarizada.
  • Poseer activo el usuario y contraseña del SAT.
  • Contar con saldo a favor demostrable.

Como puedes ver, son pocos los requisitos exigidos y muchas las facilidades que te otorga el Sistema de Administración Tributaria para que gestiones tu devolución. Por lo que te instamos a gestionarla según las indicaciones que te hemos dado y a la brevedad posible.

Tiempo para obtener la devolución de impuestoscalendario

Si como solicitante, has gestionado y consignado correctamente la documentación, el tiempo de devolución será de 48 días hábiles. En ese tiempo el SAT procederá a realizar las verificaciones correspondientes para luego autorizar la devolución según el método utilizado.

Recuerda que cuando se gestiona por el método de devolución automática, el monto máximo de devolución del impuesto pagado de más será de  150.000 MXN. El monto restante deberá ser canalizado ante la institución y de forma presencial con la consignación del pago ya efectuado de forma automática.

Como dato importante debemos agregar que al momento de gestionar la solicitud de devolución del impuesto pagado de más, debes verificar tu Clave Bancaria Estandarizada. La misma debe estar vigente, activa y que se encuentre en un status de recepción de transferencias y pagos desde otros bancos.
