  1. Inscríbete: coloca tu CURP, certifica y completa tu información personal.
  2. Identifícate: fotografíate y  escanea tu documento de identidad legal .
  3. Firma tu contrato

Por medio de esta aplicación se puede hacer los siguientes movimientos desde tu celular:

  • Pedir tu Estado de Cuenta a fin de que sea enviado a tu email.
  • Revisar tu remanente y transacciones.
  • Estimar la cantidad de la renta de tu Cuenta Individual.
  • Hacer contribuciones  espontaneas a través de la domiciliación o cargo único.
  • Pensión por desempleo.
  • Pensión de ahorro espontaneo.

De igual manera puedes realizar tu consulta de saldo en el sitio web https://www.suramexico.com/afore/, entra a tu página particular por medio del vinculo «Iniciar Sesión«, el cual está ubicado a la derecha de tu pantalla.

Para utilizarlo antes tienes que registrarte, colocando toda tu información personal.  Por medio de este sitio web de Afore SURA, obtendrás las mismas operatividades que en la APP Móvil.

  1. Entra a la App AforeMóvil Citibanamex.
  2. Elige del menú la alternativa «Solicitud de documentos/Estado de Cuenta«.
  3. Obtiene tu Estado de Cuentacuatrimestral en tu email.

En calidad de usuario de Citibanamex Afore, se estará enviando a tu domicilio registrado en el sistema, cuatrimestralmente  los estados de cuenta según las secciones y frecuencia que te determinamos seguidamente.

De igual manera tu facilidad y con el compromiso con  el medio ambiente incorporamos  voluntades para proteger la naturaleza y te ofrecemos este servicio a través de tu email.

Considera  que es importante tener una dirección electrónica.

Podrás inscribirte por medio de:

  • La pagina Citibanamex Afore | Mi Afore | Actualización de datos.
  • En uno de las agencias las cuales son más de 100 Centros de Atención para el Retiro.

Mostrando tu documento de identidad legal y actualizada con foto (debes poseer historial electrónico previo)

  • También puedes pedir el inscripción al servicio por medio del Centro de Atención Telefónico CAT.

Si por algún motivo observas la paralización en el envió de tu estado de cuenta, te pedimos  que te comuniques a esta dirección electrónica  aforeenlinea@citibanamex.com o si desea asiste a uno de los Centros de Atención para el Retiro CARE.

El  email que suministres se añadirá a la información de tu Cuenta Individual en Citibanamex Afore.

Cómo leer el Estado de Cuenta Afore

Según con la Condusef, estas son las señales más relevantes que consultas  en tu estado de cuenta.

  • Que tanto dinero dispongo en mi cuenta individual.
  • Suma total que posee reunido en tu cuenta individual a la fecha de sección de tu estado de cuenta (ahorro para el retiro + ahorro voluntario + ahorro para la vivienda).

Información  personal

Comprueba que tu nombre, CURP, RFC y NSS (número de seguridad social) sean exactos. Una  equivocación en tu información personal, por muy pequeña que parezcan, pueden tornarse en un inconveniente en el momento en el que desees disponer de tus recursos.

Informe general

En este documento se comunica todos los abonos, retiros, rentabilidad y porcentajes que se hicieron en las subcuentas de ahorro para el retiro y ahorro voluntario dentro del este tiempo, de igual manera de remanente y remanente final. El capital para la vivienda son gestionado por los institutos de vivienda: Infonavit o Fovissste. La Afore únicamente comunica por medio del estado de cuenta el remanente que le es comunicado por el Instituto correspondiente.

Qué es un Afore

Una Afore es una organización económica privada  encargada de gestionar los fondos para el retiro de los empleados  asociados al IMSS y al ISSSTE.

Esto se realiza mediante las cuentas personales que han sido asignadas  a cada empleado, en las cuales se colocan las contribuciones realizadas a lo largo de su vida laboral

Qué servicios ofrece un Afore

  1. Esta institución tiene la responsabilidad de proporcionar  una “Carta de Derechos”referente a la atención y acompañamiento de asesoramiento, transacciones y reclamo y las proporciones de servicio que se obliga a cumplir.
  2. Tendrá que ejecutar los procedimientos que le autoricen a respaldar la atención de los reclamos que le realicen y dar respuesta principal en un plazo no mayor a cinco días.
  3. Los promotores de servicio tendrán que cumplir con el  perfil mínimos para asistirte, entre estos están la certificación de adiestramiento y un análisis  de registro.
  4. Tu institución tendrá que realizar una Proyección Anual de Garantía que respalde contar con los medios  humanos y materiales esenciales para respetar los niveles de servicio que especifica, los cuales serán inspeccionado.
  5. Tu institución está obligado a suministrarte información renovada y homogénea de todos sus servicios, presenciales, no presenciales y mixtos.
  6. Asimismo tendrán que considerar tener un proceso claro y transparentesde atención a tus solicitudes.
  7. Reclamarle a tu Afore la implementación de procesos que avale el acompañamiento a tus exigencias presentadas y la comunicación de su ejecución o estados a través  de los medios de contacto.

Requisitos para afiliarse a un Afore

Luego de que consideres comunicarte con el AFORE de tu inclinación y pide la visita de uno de sus Delegados  Promotores, o si prefieres dirigirte a una de las agencias. Consigue  el teléfono de todas las Administradoras en Datos de las AFORE.

De la misma manera, logras hacer una Pre-solicitud de Inscripción por medio de la página web  www.e-sar.com.mx, en la cual tendrás que suministrar:

  • Datos completo.
  • CURP.
  • Organización económica (Afore) en la cual quieres inscribir tu cuenta individual.
  • Número de teléfono de contacto, fijo y/o móvil
  • Dirección de habitación y laboral.
  • Email .
  • Horario de contacto.

Al terminar la Pre-solicitud de inscripción, la AFORE tendrá que  comunicarse a la dirección o teléfono que has suministrado en un tiempo no mayor a 6 días laborales.

Beneficios que ofrece un Afore

  1. Retiros parciales.
  2. Recibir notificación pormenorizada cuatrimestral mente del estado de tu cuenta con el propósito de que te mantengas informado sobre las transacciones y el ahorro del que dispones.
  3. Es una buena herramienta con el fin de ahorrar por ti mismo, con participaciones espontaneas de dinero y observar el incremento de tus ahorros.
  4. Sin importar de que ya no trabajes, tu ahorro siguen ocasionando beneficios debido a que la disposición trascendental  del Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro es perennemente de crecimiento.
