Estado de Cuenta BNP: Cómo descargarlo, su impresión y qué es BNP

La agencia bancaria BNP Paribas localizada en la Ciudad de México  representa a la compañía de servicios financieros de origen francés  creada en mayo del 2000 a partir de la fusión de la la Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) y Paribas.  El BNP se estableció en México por primera vez hace ya más de medio siglo y fue un significativo accionista del Banco del Atlántico hasta 1982.

Uno de los instrumentos financieros del banco es la cuenta BNP Paribas la cual permite acceder a diversos servicios y transacciones tales como consulta de saldo disponible, pólizas de seguro, visualizar sus movimientos, descargar el estado de cuenta y solicitar tarjetas de crédito.

Consultar el estado de cuenta es en la actualidad un trámite algo confuso y difícil para sus usuarios debido a que BNP Paribas,  aún no tiene un portal oficial para obtener dicha información. Sin embargo,  en este post se le suministrara toda la información que necesita para obtener su estado de cuenta BNP.

Cómo consultar el Estado de Cuenta BNP

La operación de consultar el estado de una cuenta BNP puede resultar un poco complicada, debido a que la entidad bancaria aún no posee una página oficial en línea para efectuar operaciones de este tipo.

Inicialmente el banco funcionaba como una sociedad financiera y no como un banco. A pesar de esto es fundamental que sepa que mediante la página oficial Cetelem México, puede hacer la consulta a su estado de cuenta. BNP Paribas está asociado a los servicios que ofrece esta compañía.

Esta consulta es sencilla y rápida. Solo debe seguir los siguientes pasos:

  1. Ingrese a la pagina web de Cetelem México pulsando en el enlace cetelem.
  2. Ya en el portal, seleccione la opción Servicio a Clientesy a continuación se desplegaran una serie pestañas con varias secciones; pulse en Consulta tu Estado de Cuenta.
  3. Seguidamente deberá introducir el Número de Contrato y la contraseña de seguridad y pulse en Entrar. Seleccione Estado de cuentapara consultar.

También puede dirigirse a una de las agencias del banco o tiendas asociadas que prestan dicho servicio para consultar su cuenta.

Cómo descargar el Estado de Cuenta BNP

Para efectuar esta operación, el procedimiento a seguir es similar al que se requiere para consultar el estado de cuenta. Se debe accede al portal web de Celetem México desde el enlace cetelem:

  1. Una vez en la pagina, ubicar la sección Servicio a Clientes y luego seleccione la alternativa Consulta tu estado de cuenta.
  2. Introduzca ahora su Número de contrato y contraseña y digite en Entrar.
  3. Pulse en Estado de Cuenta para revisar el mismo.
  4. Presione el botón virtual que dice Descargar.
  5. De Inmediato comenzara la descarga del archivo en formato PDF. Puede archivarlo e imprimirlo posteriormente.

Cómo imprimir el Estado de Cuenta BNP

Muchas veces es necesario imprimir el estado de cuenta,  ya que hay trámites personales en los que este documento es solicitado.  Es importante entonces imprimir su estado de cuenta BNP y así llevar un registro particular de sus finanzas y tenerlo por si es requerido en alguna gestión o tramite donde sea requerido.

Entonces, si lograste consultar tu estado de cuenta y lo guardo en su computadora, deberá ahora hacer lo siguiente:

  1. Ubique en su ordenador la carpeta Descargas o la sección destinada para las descargas.
  2. Encontrado el archivo en PDF de su estado de cuenta BNP, verifique si está todo bien.
  3. Ahora pulse en la pestaña que dice Archivo.
  4. Busque la opción que dice Imprimir, la cual le configurara todo lo relacionado con la impresión del documento en cuestión y esperar a que realice la misma.

Qué es BNP

El BNP es una institución con presencia en México desde 1966 cuando abrió su oficina de representación  y hasta 1982 fue uno de los principales accionistas del Banco del Atlántico. En el año 2000,  BNP y Paribas se fusionan para crear BNP Paribas. Uno de los fundadores del Banco Nacional de México (Banamex) fue Paribas. Banamex es uno de los más grandes bancos de México, a fines del siglo XIX, y Paribas permaneció como uno de sus accionistas minoritarios hasta la nacionalización del sistema bancario en 1982.

A partir del año 2020, BNP Paribas cuenta con la aprobación de la Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) para operar como banca múltiple, es decir, ya puede empezar a funcionar como una entidad bancaria integral. El BNP Paribas cumple una función  principal como gestor de inversiones suministrando asesoría a los clientes que lo requieran. Como se ha comentado en los capítulos anteriores, este banco aún no tiene una página web oficial para el registro y el manejo de sus cuentas por parte de los usuarios vía online. A través del portal web de Cetelem México, puedes registrarse y acceder a su cuenta mediante estos pasos:

  1. Ingrese al portal desde el enlace cetelem y accede a la sección Servicio a Clientes. Luego escoja la opción Consulta tu Estado de Cuenta.
  2. Deberá elegir ahora el apartado Registro por primera vez, que se observa en la parte inferior de la opción Entrar.
  3. De Inmediato te conducirá a una ventana donde debes ingresar el Número de contrato y luego pulsar en Buscar.
  4. Confirme sus datos personales e ingrese los que le exijan.
  5. A continuación crea una contraseña de seguridad que siempre usarás cuando quieras ingresar a la página web.
  6. De ahora en adelante puede iniciar sesión en Cetelem para revisar tu estado de cuenta BNP.
