  • Para la Ciudad México es muy importante que se proporcione el fundamento jurídico administrativo en su formato original y copia. En caso de que el solicitante sea extranjero este deberá proporcionar sus documentos migratorios.
  • Presentar su documento de identificación oficial vigentes, junto con su CURP. Estos deben ser presentados en su documento original y su respectiva copia.

  • Suministrando además el comprobante de pago de derechos sobre el vehículo.
  • Los terceros a efectuar este proceso deben tener un autorización para poder emplear tal acción.
  • Si el motivo de baja es por robo o destrucción del vehículo se debe proporcionar la carpeta de investigación ante el Ministro Público, en la que se exponga el robo de vehículo. O en su defecto el peritaje de la compañía de seguro que compruebe la destrucción de dicho vehículo.

Sonora

  • Se debe proporcionar el documento vigente y la original de algún documento de identificación que contenga una fotografía con su respectiva fotocopia.
  • Se debe presenta la devolución de las placas.
  • En cuyo caso se le haya perdido la placa, deberá de presentar el reporte de extravío debidamente completado con los datos, además de estar firmado y sellado por los organismos correspondientes.
  • Cuando se presente el robo de la placa debe ejecutar el reporte ante la autoridad municipal del Ministerio Público.
  • Para los robos de vehículos se tendrán que emplear un reporte ante la agencia del Ministerio Público y Tránsito Municipal, donde se exponga la situación.
  • Si se ve afectado por pérdida total se tendrá que proporcionar una carta por medio de la aseguradora que se especifique tal situación de las placas del vehículo.
  • En caso de que sea por destrucción usted tendrá que efectuar un reporte del siniestro para ser emitido a la autoridad competente, exclusivamente señalando el estado en que se encuentran las placas.

Querétaro

  • Presentar su documento de solicitud en su formato original y las respectivas dos copias.
  • CURP
  • Comprobante de pago para el trámite.
  • Se debe presentar la constancia de residencia vigente.
  • Los comprobantes de pagos vigentes de su vehículo en su presentación original y copia.
  • Tarjeta de circulación.
  • En caso de robo se debe presentar la denuncia ante el Ministerio Público.

  • Se debe presentar el documento de identidad vigente en su presentación original y copia.
  • Los extranjeros deberán de proporcionar todos sus documentos migratorios en el país.
  • Se presentar el juego de pocas para la ausencia de algunas de las placas que contenga el vehículo. Para la ausencia de estas se tendrá que entregar un acta informativa ante la fiscalía. En caso de ser un tercero deberá presentar el poder para tal proceso.

Jalisco

  • Presentar su documento de identidad vigente.
  • Se debe presentar el documento original y copia de su documento de circulación.
  • En conjunto se debe adicionar las dos placas de circulación.
  • Se debe presentar el documento en formato de identificación del sector, en donde se proporcione toda su información y la de su vehículo.
  • Presentar la factura o comprobante de pago que permita acreditar su propiedad ante el vehículo.
  • CURP.

Coahuila

  • Se debe estar solvente de todos los pagos del vehículo.
  • Las bajas por chatarra serán realizadas por medio de un formulario en donde se indiquen los motivos, y se anexe a este las fotografías de dicho vehículo.
  • En caso de que haya ocurrido un robo debe presentar la denuncia en la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado.
