Los problemas de eutanasia y aborto han suscitado una fuerte controversia sobre la autodeterminación del derecho de las personas a determinar sus propios cuerpos. El tema de interés aquí es el derecho a decidir la muerte o la eutanasia.

Diferencias entre Eutanasia activa y pasiva

Qué es la Eutanasia

Esta definición destaca la intención de la conducta médica, es decir, el deseo de causar voluntariamente la muerte de otros. La eutanasia puede llevarse a cabo mediante acción directa: proporcionando inyecciones letales al paciente, o mediante acción indirecta: no proporcionando un soporte básico para la supervivencia del paciente. En ambos casos, el objetivo es el mismo: acabar con una vida enferma.

Qué es la Eutanasia

La realización de esta acción destinada a matar al paciente se llama y debería seguir llamándose homicidio. La información y el conocimiento del paciente sobre su enfermedad, así como el llamado homicidio voluntario en el que voluntariamente pone fin a su vida, no pueden transformarlo en homicidio, porque el contenido propuesto entra en grave conflicto con los principios rectores del derecho y medicina hasta el día de hoy.

SITUACIÓN ACTUAL

La eutanasia es un acto diseñado para causar la muerte de un paciente y causar graves consecuencias a la familia, la sociedad, la atención médica, la moral y la política. La despenalización cambiará fundamentalmente la relación entre generaciones y profesionales médicos. El informe Remmelink sobre las prácticas de eutanasia en los Países Bajos mostró que 1000 personas murieron por eutanasia involuntaria cada año en 1990 (sin consentimiento).

Estos 1,000 pacientes de eutanasia se convirtieron en 1,000 razones muy poderosas en contra de la eutanasia activa. De igual forma, en el caso de los pacientes que solicitan la eutanasia, existen serios problemas morales, pues enfrentar los problemas de enfermedad y muerte, es un fracaso social y profesional. Los defensores de la eutanasia a menudo se refieren a los casos extremos y la autonomía personal como despenalización y no deben producir leyes socialmente injustas. Estas leyes enfrentan el deseo de las personas y tienen la obligación inevitable del Estado de proteger la vida de todos los ciudadanos.

Hay tres cuestiones complicadas en el debate sobre la eutanasia: consenso democrático, dignidad humana y autonomía personal.

  • Consenso:El consenso hace de los principios legislativos la única fuente de verdad y bondad, mientras que las vidas humanas están limitadas por el número de votos emitidos por el parlamento. Las leyes sobre aborto, clonación humana, fertilización in vitro y pruebas de embriones son el resultado de la aplicación de la mayoría de los principios. Los derechos humanos no son otorgados por el voto, la sociedad o los partidos políticos, aunque siempre deben reconocer y defender los derechos humanos. Tampoco se basan en el consenso social, porque los derechos son propiedad de todos, porque los derechos son una sola persona. El voto parlamentario no ha cambiado la realidad de las personas, ni ha cambiado la verdad del trato correspondiente a las personas.
  • La dignidad de la vida humana Los derechos a la vida y la muerte no son más que hechos, solo los hechos están naturalmente decorados por toda la relevancia que la gente quiere. Es por ello que no pueden ser consideradas dignas o indignas según las circunstancias en las que se produzcan, pues evidencias simples y básicas demuestran que en cualquier situación y situación una persona siempre es particularmente valiosa, ya sea que nazca Viva o esté muriendo. . De lo contrario, es una violación directa de la sociedad que nos hace únicos y nos une. Qué dice la OMS sobre la Eutanasia

Parámetros legales

Los artículos sobre «autodeterminación personal» incluyen la posibilidad de que una persona decida cuándo poner fin a su vida. «Este derecho humano básico debe permitir a todas las personas ejercer plenamente su capacidad de vivir con dignidad.

El texto aprobado la semana pasada dice que vivir con dignidad implica el derecho a morir con dignidad». La cláusula fue aprobada en la Asamblea Constituyente, que es el órgano de redacción de la institución, que redactó la nueva constitución de la Ciudad de México y se convirtió en la entidad número 32 del país desde principios de 2016. A partir de las reformas políticas, la capital mexicana ha creado su propia constitución, según la cual los gobiernos locales estarán en el poder a partir de 2018.

La Cámara de Representantes aún está discutiendo otras disposiciones de la Constitución y tiene un plazo para completar este trabajo hasta el 31 de enero del próximo año. Según informó la Asamblea Constituyente en la cuenta de Twitter, el artículo 11 fue aprobado por 56 votos
